This is a place designed for slowing down, reconnecting and creating unforgettable memories with family and friends. From soaring vaulted beamed ceilings to the rustic charm of exposed brickwork, Farrow & Ball hues, natural textures and beautifully restored original features, The Coach House effortlessly blends timeless character with contemporary luxury.
At the heart of the stunning open-plan living space sits a magnificent weathered oak circular dining table – the perfect gathering place for leisurely breakfasts, celebratory dinners, relaxed brunches and evenings spent sharing stories over a bottle of wine. Comfortably seating up to eight guests, it's where memorable moments naturally unfold.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare everything from simple family suppers to special occasion feasts. Featuring a Bosch oven, induction hob, dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, microwave, granite worktops and a traditional butler sink, it's designed for cooking together as much as dining together. There's even a washing machine for freshening up after countryside adventures with children, dogs or muddy walking boots.
After a day exploring the Cotswolds, sink into the generous sofas and quirky accent armchairs to watch a favourite film on the Smart TV, enjoy a board game or simply unwind. Set the mood with the integrated speaker system or spin one of the vinyl records on the vintage record player. And for those moments when work can't wait, a quiet desk area provides the perfect spot to catch up on emails before returning to your holiday.

The Coach House has three heavenly bedrooms to choose from. The ground floor master bedroom boasts a glorious king-sized bed in neutral tones where, luxuriously encased in beautiful bed linen, relaxing, peaceful sleep is order of the day (or night!). The stylish en-suite bathroom/wetroom provides guests with not only a refreshing walk-in monsoon shower, but also a romantic roll-top bathtub for those moments of complete self-indulgence with premium quality toiletries provided.
On the first floor, a further two beautiful bedrooms are nestled into the eaves of the barn. Swathed in luxurious linens and cloud-soft bedding, one offers a king-size bed - the perfect place for blissful slumbers, the second offers twin beds, perfect for those with children or guests happy to sleep separately. Both the first-floor bedrooms share a stylish family bathroom, complete with WC, shower unit and elegant corner sink. Our beds have Loaf pocket sprung mattresses for the highest level of comfort and luxury and there are heated rails in all bathrooms to keep towels warm and fluffy.
Completing the living accommodation at The Coach House is a ground floor WC/cloaks.

Simply wow! The Coach House offers all you could need for outdoor enjoyment from the wood-fired hot-tub that seats up to 8, to a unique outdoor kitchen for the ultimate socialising space. With its BBQ and pizza oven, not to mention lounge area and dining for 8 beneath a stunning pergola, it’s the perfect place to mix food, fire, family and friends. Enjoy enchanted evenings dining al fresco on the terrace which forms part of your enclosed dog-friendly garden area or simply enjoy a sundowner overlooking the views which are one of the most commented on aspects by guests staying at Mount Pleasant Barns.

with The Piggery
The adjoining one-bedroom Piggery barn is perfect for extended families or groups of friends staying at the Coach House who would like additional space and privacy. The Coach House is separated from the Piggery by a double inter-connecting fire proof door system. The Piggery is a one-bedroom self-contained barn, complete with luxurious king size bed and stylish ensuite bathroom. It also has an open plan living space with its own kitchen and a separate outdoor space. The Coach House and Piggery can be booked either together for one large barn space for up to 8 people (book the Big Barn) or separately by two independent guest parties of up to 6 for the Coach House and 2 for the Piggery. In total the combined Big Barn offers 4 bedrooms sleeping 8: 3 x king size bedrooms and 1 x twin bedroom.

We love a celebration and welcome guests who are looking for the perfect venue for family and friend’s gatherings. The barns are also a place to unwind and relax so we politely ask guests to refrain from having noisy parties and loud music so as not to disturb other guests.
